3. Movement pattern videos
Watch the videos of the Bear Essentials e-course and practice the skills and movements at your own pace. The more you do it, the faster you'll benefit. With practice, you'll soon see improvements in mobility and strength.
It's not a structured workout that you have to follow, but skills development and strengthening. Practice one skill for a few minutes or set some time aside, 3 to 5 days a week, to focus on the course.
In time, as you learn the skills better, you can create your own workout to meet your needs. You can do the skills and movements in order or what you like to create a workout. I know from teaching this in my fitness classes and doing it myself, it's a great workout.
